We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible.  If you have pain or an emergency situation, please alert our scheduling coordinator.  Every attempt will be made to see you that day.

Arriving for Appointments

We respect your valuable time and do our best to run on schedule.  To serve each patient in a prompt and efficient manner, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.  We understand that situations arise that may cause you to arrive late for your scheduled appointment.  Efforts will be made to still see a patient who arrives late.  However, your wait time may be prolonged,  and in some situations, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait.  Due to the fact that Dr. Ismaili provides many types of surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays.  We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Rescheduling

We make every effort to schedule appointments for patients as requested.  Therefore, all appointment times are valuable.  In the event you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a 48 hours advance notice.
